1.
"Why did Kelco add support to purchase products over the
internet?"
Ans: Kelco has customers in many areas of the world, so we want
to provide those people the opportunity to place an order when it is most
convenient for them. They can still use Kelco's sales representatives, however
this e-commerce system lets them place orders when Kelco sales representatives
are on other calls or the office is closed.
2. "Why
does the website look different in Firefox than IE? Which browsers are
supported?"
Ans: The site was designed and then tested using IE
7. We also tested IE 6 and IE 8 and both rendered the same as IE7. We did see a
difference when using Firefox 3, where some of the website content does not
format the same way as it does using IE. We recommend using IE 6 - 8, although
Firefox does work.
3."What
are my shipping options using Kelco's e-commerce website."
Ans: UPS - ground, next day air, and second day
air. Call us if you need a different shipper or faster service.
4. "I
always order the same items. Can I have a custom list that I can use instead of
going through all of Kelco's products?"
Ans: Yes you can. Log into our e-commerce web
server, then select 'Favorites List' under the 'Customer Services' area and
enter your list of favorite items. The items in your list can be added to your
shopping cart from the same screen, and you can change the default amount and
chose as few or as many of the items as you prefer.
5. "Is Kelco a big company? I
mean, does Kelco just sell products locally or do they have a global
presence?"
Ans: Kelco provides quality deathcare products to customers in
the US as well as other areas of the world. |
